Ask the host before checkout
Resolve the driveway approach and who opens any gate. If meeting outside the property is preferred, agree on the exact location before moving suitcases there.

PLAZA ADDRESSES, HILLSIDE HOMES AND VENUE PICKUPS
Bring the foothill pickup details together before you leave.
Aguas Buenas lies at the base of the Sierra de Cayey, with town-center addresses and hillside properties that need different pickup directions. Ask your host for the road, barrio and vehicle entrance, plus instructions for any gate. Send those details while arranging the SJU journey so you can finish your stay with one clear meeting point for everyone and their luggage.
Near Plaza de Recreo Luis A. Ferre, give the street and building where you will wait rather than the whole plaza. La Charca Recreational Center is outside the center beside the Rio Bayamon, so a riverside meeting needs its own agreed location. If your final stop is Finca Artesanal or Hacienda Cascada, use the venue's confirmed pickup entrance and decide where bags will be collected.
Airport planning should begin with the departing flight number, date and scheduled time. Share the airline's current check-in guidance, all passengers and luggage with our team when discussing pickup. A meal, farm visit or cave outing before departure adds a separate commitment; confirm its finishing arrangements and include any return to accommodation in the quote request before relying on that itinerary.
Name the door near the plaza
Plaza Luis A. Ferre is useful orientation. Identify a specific building entrance for the pickup and ensure the whole group knows which side to meet on.
Keep the flight in view
Confirm when your Finca Artesanal or Hacienda Cascada visit ends and where a vehicle can collect you. Request any separate luggage stop as part of the airport itinerary.

Aguas Buenas airport pickup questions.
Can we leave directly from La Charca for SJU?
Request a precise vehicle meeting location from the venue or your organizer. Share that address, your flight and your luggage arrangements so the pickup is planned for the riverside location rather than central Aguas Buenas.
What if our host calls the address only a mountain cabin?
Ask for the barrio, road, entrance pin and relevant driveway instructions. The Sierra de Cayey setting describes a broad area; the booking needs the actual cabin access and a local contact who can clarify it.
Can we finish a cave excursion before the airport ride?
Ask the organizer for the road-access endpoint and expected finish, then provide those details with your SJU flight. Discuss the full plan before booking, including where bags are stored and whether accommodation collection is needed.
What details do I need to reserve my taxi to SJU?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your travel date, full pickup address, entrance instructions, airline, flight number, scheduled departure, passengers and luggage. Your booking is confirmed only after our team agrees on availability, the fare, vehicle and pickup plan.
How should I choose my pickup time for a departing flight?
Check your airline's current check-in and bag-drop instructions, then discuss your flight details and exact pickup location with our team. Allow for the drive, possible road delays and the airport steps your trip requires. The flight departure time is not your pickup time, and a specific airport arrival cannot be guaranteed.
