Yes. Provide the property name and full street address, along with the entrance, building or gate instructions. Pickups are arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Can I reserve an early-morning or late-night ride?
Yes, pickups can be arranged by reservation, subject to availability. Contact us ahead of time with your travel date and flight schedule so we can confirm your pickup.
How much luggage can I bring in the Ford Transit?
Tell us the number of travelers and every suitcase or larger item, including strollers or sports equipment. We'll confirm the vehicle and available space for your group before the reservation is finalized.
Can I arrange a ride from SJU as well?
Yes. Ask us about your arrival or return transfer and share your flight number, date and destination. Each direction needs its own confirmed pickup plan; a return trip is not automatically included.
How early should I leave for the airport?
That depends on your town, pickup address, traffic and your airline's check-in requirements. Share your departure time when booking so we can discuss an appropriate pickup. Travel times vary, so leave room for delays.
