Choose a practical Old San Juan pickup point

Start with the full name and street address of your Old San Juan hotel, rental or meeting place. In the historic district, a property entrance and a suitable vehicle pickup point may be different places. Ask where your group should wait and confirm the location before heading outside. If you are staying upstairs or collecting bags from reception, allow time to reach the agreed meeting point. A map pin can help identify the building, but include the street address as well so the pickup does not depend on a pin alone.

Use your park reservation to plan departure

Send the date of your visit and the check-in time shown on your activity confirmation. Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park lists its address as Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773. Share any arrival instructions supplied by the park so the correct destination can be discussed. Plan room for leaving the historic district, road conditions and the park's own check-in requirements. A quoted pickup time should be agreed for your actual itinerary rather than selected from a general driving estimate found online.

Explain where your day begins

A departure from a hotel, a restaurant or a cruise visit can require different coordination. If you are arriving by ship, give the terminal or pier details on your itinerary and say when you expect to be ready on land. Share any required return deadline, including the ship's instructions, before discussing a same-day excursion. For a group meeting from several Old San Juan addresses, choose one meeting point or ask about additional pickups in advance. Include the number of passengers and any bags or equipment when requesting the ride.

Confirm the fare and the return arrangement

Call or WhatsApp 7875088304 with your Old San Juan address, visit date, passenger count and activity check-in time. Ask for the fare, vehicle suitability and availability for the requested departure, then confirm the details before treating the ride as booked. If you also need a taxi back to Old San Juan, discuss the expected finish time and the park meeting point separately. Ask how changes, waiting or extra stops would affect the arrangement. Keep a working contact number available so you can communicate if your starting point or activity schedule changes.
