Check the complete booking name. Similar destination wording can refer to different accommodation, so include the hotel or villa address and any arrival instructions supplied by the property.

YOUR SJU ARRIVAL IN DORADO
Give your Dorado stay its full name.
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort are different properties. When arranging a private transfer from San Juan Airport, copy the full hotel name from your reservation. If you have booked a residence or villa, include its development, street and unit rather than using a nearby resort as the destination.
Kikita is another useful coastal reference, with beach areas called Cochino, Piedra and Maria. A rental described as being near Kikita needs its own arrival details. Ask the host for a vehicle entrance pin and the property address; a beach location or the center of a development can leave the actual front door unclear.
Before reserving, combine your Dorado address with the SJU flight number, arrival date, passenger count and luggage list. Tell us about golf bags or other bulky items while the vehicle is being discussed. If you plan to meet relatives or collect keys somewhere else first, describe that sequence so any additional stop can be quoted separately.
A beach area has several entrances
Kikita helps identify a coastal neighborhood, but it does not locate a particular rental. Use the host's map pin alongside the written street address to clarify where your journey should end.
Coordinate property access
If a host or reception team needs to expect your party, make those arrangements directly. Share relevant vehicle-entry instructions in advance without assuming the transfer itself authorizes entry.

Agree on the meeting plan
Confirm availability, the total quote, vehicle and airport meeting instructions with our team. A message alone does not reserve your transfer.
Keep your driver informed
Follow your confirmed meeting instructions after collecting your bags. Let the team know about changes to your flight or destination address.
Make room for arrival-day changes.
Confirm your Dorado check-in independently and keep a property contact handy. Baggage collection, flight changes and road conditions can affect when you reach the agreed entrance.

Dorado transfer questions.
Can I request a taxi to a private villa in Dorado?
Send the development name, complete address, unit and host-provided entrance instructions. Ask the host whether any visitor-arrival arrangements are required and settle those before travel. The quote should identify the villa itself, even when it is described as near a resort.
What should I send for an Embassy Suites Dorado arrival?
Use the full name Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort, together with the address on your confirmation. Include your SJU flight and luggage details, and confirm the intended hotel arrival entrance when booking.
Can golf equipment travel on the Dorado transfer?
List the number of golf bags along with every passenger and suitcase. Ask our team to confirm space and the vehicle before reserving. Equipment should be included in the agreed trip details rather than added at airport pickup.
How do I reserve this private airport transfer?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, exact destination address, passengers and luggage. Your ride is reserved only after our team confirms the fare, vehicle and meeting details.
Is a return ride to San Juan Airport included?
A return trip is arranged separately. Share your return date, pickup address and departing flight details when asking for a quote. Confirm each direction with our team; the outbound reservation does not automatically include a return ride.
