YOUR SJU ARRIVAL IN GUAYANILLA
Hotel entrance, coastal stay or inland address?
For a stay or event at Costa Bahia Hotel & Convention Center, the tourism listing gives Carr. 127, km 8.6, Guayanilla. Include the complete property name when requesting your San Juan Airport transfer. If you are attending an event rather than checking into a room, ask the organizer which arrival entrance or meeting area you should use.
Elsewhere in Guayanilla, the final address may lead toward the Caribbean coast or inland scenery. Charco El Oro is identified along PR-378, and beaches such as Emajagua and Tamarindo are separate local references. A home described by one of these landmarks still needs a road address, barrio and property pin to define the requested trip.
El Convento Natural Protected Area has controlled access through permission and guided arrangements. If an outdoor visit is your first destination, confirm the authorized meeting location directly with the organizer. Share it with the flight number, travel date, group size and baggage list, keeping any later ride to your accommodation explicit in the booking request.
Charco El Oro is an area clue
A river or waterfall name is not a house address. For accommodation nearby, ask your host to mark the vehicle entrance and provide the barrio and road details.
Arrange access independently
For El Convento, obtain the visit arrangements and exact meeting instructions before booking transport. A taxi quote covers the agreed road destination and does not secure permission to enter.

Send your arrival details
Share your airline, flight number, arrival date and scheduled landing time. Include your Guayanilla destination, passengers and luggage.
Agree on the meeting plan
Confirm availability, the total quote, vehicle and airport meeting instructions with our team. A message alone does not reserve your transfer.
Keep your driver informed
Follow your confirmed meeting instructions after collecting your bags. Let the team know about changes to your flight or destination address.
Make room for arrival-day changes.
Coordinate reception, event registration or a guide meeting around your actual arrival process. No fixed Guayanilla arrival time can be promised from the flight schedule alone.

Guayanilla transfer questions.
Can I request an SJU transfer to Costa Bahia in Guayanilla?
Yes, request the trip using the hotel's full name and listed Carr. 127, km 8.6 address. Provide flight and party details and confirm the appropriate arrival entrance with the hotel or event organizer.
What should I send for a rental near Charco El Oro?
Use the rental's address and a host-provided pin, with PR-378 or the waterfall as supporting context. Include driveway instructions if relevant. The natural attraction itself should not replace the property where you are staying.
Does the Guayanilla taxi include a visit to El Convento?
The reservation is for the private ground transfer you confirm. Permission, guided visits and admission arrangements are separate. If you want a stop or an activity drop-off, describe the approved meeting point and ask about any additional service before reserving.
How do I reserve this private airport transfer?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, exact destination address, passengers and luggage. Your ride is reserved only after our team confirms the fare, vehicle and meeting details.
Is a return ride to San Juan Airport included?
A return trip is arranged separately. Share your return date, pickup address and departing flight details when asking for a quote. Confirm each direction with our team; the outbound reservation does not automatically include a return ride.
