If your booking is at Rio Mar or another resort community, clarify whether you need the hotel reception or a separately managed villa with its own arrival instructions.
El Portal de El Yunque is a visitor destination associated with the forest, while the Rio Espiritu Santo is a different local natural landmark. Neither is a substitute for a cabin address or tour meeting location. For a rainforest-side stay, send the host's road details and pin rather than a broad El Yunque map result.
If you hope to join an activity on arrival day, obtain its check-in location and timing before requesting transport. Explain whether you are going to accommodation first or directly to the provider. Include flight details, all travelers and luggage, and confirm any gate instructions through the property so the airport transfer has a workable endpoint.
El Portal is a specific place
Name El Portal only if that is the destination you intend. For a guided outing or another forest location, use the operator's confirmed meeting instructions and check admission arrangements separately before choosing an arrival-day activity.
Golf and outdoor equipment
Tell us if you are bringing golf bags or other large items with your suitcases. Passenger numbers alone do not explain your space requirements; the vehicle and luggage arrangement need confirmation before you reserve.

Can I request a transfer to a Rio Mar villa instead of the hotel?
Send the villa address, building or unit details needed for arrival, and the host's entrance instructions. State clearly that it is a private rental. The hotel reception should not be used as the destination unless your host specifically directs you there.
Does an airport ride to Rio Grande include El Yunque admission?
The transfer covers the agreed ground journey. Forest admission, activity reservations and meeting arrangements are separate. If you want the ride to end at El Portal or an activity provider, name that exact point when asking for your quote.
Should I use my rental's El Yunque description as the address?
Use the actual address and entrance pin supplied by the host instead. Rainforest descriptions can cover different locations, and an attraction pin may not lead to the property. Include road numbers or kilometer markers when they are part of your directions.
How do I reserve this private airport transfer?

Is a return ride to San Juan Airport included?
A return trip is arranged separately. Share your return date, pickup address and departing flight details when asking for a quote. Confirm each direction with our team; the outbound reservation does not automatically include a return ride.
