START WITH YOUR OWN ADDRESS
Your Toa Alta pickup
Keep Toa Alta explicit in your pickup address when arranging a La Placita outing. Directions from relatives may mention Dorado, Toa Baja, Naranjito or Bayamon, but those references should not replace the municipality and barrio of the house. In the town center, Parroquia San Fernando Rey faces the public plaza, with the Tomas Maso Rivera municipal theater nearby; select a named building or street entrance if meeting there. For a Lago La Plata property, ask the host for the actual road and driveway pin. A lake marker leaves the particular shore and place of collection unresolved.
Your quote starts with the actual address in Toa Alta, rather than a generic town-center pickup.
A MARKET, A SQUARE, A NIGHT OUT
Choose your La Placita destination.
La Placita de Santurce brings together the historic Plaza del Mercado and the restaurants, bars, and music venues around it in San Juan’s Santurce neighborhood. The market and surrounding businesses offer different experiences, so include your intended restaurant, bar, or market destination when requesting transportation. For an evening visit, request an optional round-trip quote and plan your return pickup in advance.
The tourism authority lists La Placita at 154 Calle Dos Hermanos, San Juan. Use that as an area reference, not a guaranteed loading point. Name the place you plan to visit and agree on the actual drop-off and return meeting points.

OPTIONAL ROUND TRIP · CONFIRMED IN ADVANCE
Make a plan for
the ride back to Toa Alta.
For a prearranged return from La Placita, list the Toa Alta residence or lodging where each passenger needs to finish. If someone is staying in neighboring Toa Baja, identify that as a separate destination. A Lago La Plata-area return also needs its own driveway directions, even when you used the same property for the outward pickup.
Confirm the full quote
Ask for the total covering the outbound and return rides. Confirm availability, any requested stops and the terms for changes or waiting.
Agree on return pickup
Choose a specific meeting point and time with our team. A round-trip booking does not mean the driver stays with your group during the visit.
BEFORE YOUR LA PLACITA VISIT
Toa Alta ride questions
Can we gather by the San Fernando Rey church for pickup?
Use the church and plaza to explain the area, then agree one particular street entrance or named establishment with the team. Make sure the whole group knows that meeting point. If relatives are bringing passengers from a Lago La Plata property, coordinate that handover beforehand.
Can I request a round trip to La Placita?
Yes. Request both journeys with your outbound pickup address, date and time, passenger count, preferred return date and time, and return destination. Confirm availability, the total quoted price and what is included before booking. A quote request does not confirm transportation.
Where should I meet my driver for the return trip?
Agree on a specific meeting point before your visit. Give the name and address of your restaurant or bar, or identify Plaza del Mercado de Santurce as your reference. Confirm the actual pickup location rather than assuming the market entrance or your drop-off point will be used.
What if my return is after midnight or my plans change?
Specify the return’s calendar date as well as its time. Ask how to contact our team and confirm the terms for schedule changes, waiting and any additional charges. A round-trip booking does not automatically mean the driver remains at La Placita during your visit.
What is the taxi fare?
Request a quote for your exact pickup address, destination, travel dates, passenger count and luggage. If you want a round trip, confirm that the quoted total covers both journeys and ask about any requested stops. No fixed fare or guaranteed trip duration is published here.
