START WITH YOUR OWN ADDRESS
Your Vega Baja pickup
For a Vega Baja trip to La Placita, decide whether your group will gather near Puerto Nuevo or in the historic center. Balneario de Puerto Nuevo is listed on PR-692, but a nearby rental needs its own entrance pin rather than the public beach location. In town, the main plaza and Casa Alonso Museum help identify the neighborhood; choose the specific building or business where you will wait. Preserve Vega Baja in the address so it is not confused with Vega Alta. If friends are staying in both the coastal and central areas, request both collections or settle one shared meeting point.
Your quote starts with the actual address in Vega Baja, rather than a generic town-center pickup.
A MARKET, A SQUARE, A NIGHT OUT
Choose your La Placita destination.
La Placita de Santurce brings together the historic Plaza del Mercado and the restaurants, bars, and music venues around it in San Juan’s Santurce neighborhood. The market and surrounding businesses offer different experiences, so include your intended restaurant, bar, or market destination when requesting transportation. For an evening visit, request an optional round-trip quote and plan your return pickup in advance.
The tourism authority lists La Placita at 154 Calle Dos Hermanos, San Juan. Use that as an area reference, not a guaranteed loading point. Name the place you plan to visit and agree on the actual drop-off and return meeting points.

OPTIONAL ROUND TRIP · CONFIRMED IN ADVANCE
Make a plan for
the ride back to Vega Baja.
A requested round trip from La Placita can return you to a Puerto Nuevo rental, a central Vega Baja apartment or another named home. State which address is the final destination even if everyone met elsewhere earlier. For multiple drop-offs, list each property and confirm the return meeting arrangement in Santurce as part of the booking.
Confirm the full quote
Ask for the total covering the outbound and return rides. Confirm availability, any requested stops and the terms for changes or waiting.
Agree on return pickup
Choose a specific meeting point and time with our team. A round-trip booking does not mean the driver stays with your group during the visit.
BEFORE YOUR LA PLACITA VISIT
Vega Baja ride questions
Can we meet at Puerto Nuevo beach instead of our rental?
Request a specific vehicle-accessible meeting point and confirm it with the team. The public beach pin should not replace your rental address by default. If you would rather leave from the house, send the host's own entrance details, including the road and property identifier.
Can I request a round trip to La Placita?
Yes. Request both journeys with your outbound pickup address, date and time, passenger count, preferred return date and time, and return destination. Confirm availability, the total quoted price and what is included before booking. A quote request does not confirm transportation.
Where should I meet my driver for the return trip?
Agree on a specific meeting point before your visit. Give the name and address of your restaurant or bar, or identify Plaza del Mercado de Santurce as your reference. Confirm the actual pickup location rather than assuming the market entrance or your drop-off point will be used.
What if my return is after midnight or my plans change?
Specify the return’s calendar date as well as its time. Ask how to contact our team and confirm the terms for schedule changes, waiting and any additional charges. A round-trip booking does not automatically mean the driver remains at La Placita during your visit.
What is the taxi fare?
Request a quote for your exact pickup address, destination, travel dates, passenger count and luggage. If you want a round trip, confirm that the quoted total covers both journeys and ask about any requested stops. No fixed fare or guaranteed trip duration is published here.
