ISLA VERDE HOTELS AND TOWN-CENTER PICKUPS
Carolina needs an exact origin, even when SJU is the destination.
Luis Munoz Marin International Airport is in Carolina, but an airport departure still begins at a specific hotel, home or venue elsewhere in the municipality. State the full pickup address when requesting the ride. An Isla Verde beachfront stay and a town-center residence have different entrances and collection arrangements, so neither should be shortened to Carolina alone.
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta San Juan are Carolina properties despite the city wording in their names. Use the complete hotel name and ask reception where your booked vehicle should collect you. For a condo, provide the building and lobby or gate instructions from your host; a beach marker will not identify where the group waits with suitcases.
For a downtown address near Museo Casa Escute, use the property's own entrance, with Plaza de Recreo Rey Fernando III or Calle Ignacio Arzuaga as supporting references. Send your departing SJU flight number, date, time, passenger count and bags. Discuss the pickup plan using your airline's current check-in guidance, and finish checkout or stored-luggage collection before the agreed meeting.
Resolve lobby and gate access
Give the development, building and agreed vehicle entrance. Ask your host how to return keys and arrange departure access before gathering your party for pickup.
Use the address near Casa Escute
The museum and Rey Fernando III plaza orient the area. Provide the actual street and house or building so collection is planned where your group will be.

Carolina airport pickup questions.
Does a hotel named San Juan belong in a Carolina pickup request?
Use the address on your reservation. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta San Juan are in Carolina; provide the exact property name and reception's pickup instructions to avoid ambiguity.
Can we arrange pickup from an Isla Verde condo?
Send the condo name, building, entrance pin and host's lobby or gate procedure. Include every traveler and bag, and complete key return before the agreed collection point and time.
We are near Casa Escute. What should the reservation say?
State your home or accommodation's actual address and entrance. Casa Escute is at the Rey Fernando III plaza on Ignacio Arzuaga Street, but the museum should only be the origin if you expressly arrange pickup there.
What details do I need to reserve my taxi to SJU?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your travel date, full pickup address, entrance instructions, airline, flight number, scheduled departure, passengers and luggage. Your booking is confirmed only after our team agrees on availability, the fare, vehicle and pickup plan.
How should I choose my pickup time for a departing flight?
Check your airline's current check-in and bag-drop instructions, then discuss your flight details and exact pickup location with our team. Allow for the drive, possible road delays and the airport steps your trip requires. The flight departure time is not your pickup time, and a specific airport arrival cannot be guaranteed.
