Send the reservation address
Give the complete hotel name and the entrance your property asks arriving guests to use. Coastal location and airport proximity do not establish the right reception or condo building by themselves.

Where in Carolina are you staying?
Luis Munoz Marin International Airport is located in Carolina, and this route covers a separate destination beyond its terminal. When you request a private airport pickup, name the hotel, home or venue you need. Simply entering Carolina does not distinguish an Isla Verde stay from an address elsewhere in the municipality.
Isla Verde Beach and the Balneario de Carolina identify the coastal area where many travelers stay. Hotels marketed with San Juan in their names may be located here in Carolina, including Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta San Juan. Use the full property name and reservation address, not just the city wording in a hotel brand.
Carolina's town-center landmarks include Museo Casa Escute at Plaza de Recreo Rey Fernando III on Calle Ignacio Arzuaga. A visit or rental near that plaza is a different arrival request from an Isla Verde beachfront property. Send the exact building and entrance with your flight, passengers and luggage so the quote reflects the destination you have actually booked.
Include development and street
For a home or apartment, add the development, street, building and entrance pin. Arrange any gate or lobby procedure with your receiving contact before you land and share relevant arrival instructions.
Use the town-center landmark accurately
Casa Escute is listed at the Rey Fernando III plaza on Ignacio Arzuaga Street. If the destination is a nearby property, include its own address rather than using the museum entrance by default.

Make room for arrival-day changes.
Even for a Carolina destination, allow time to leave the aircraft, collect luggage and follow the confirmed SJU meeting instructions. Coordinate hotel or host check-in separately.

Carolina transfer questions.
Why is there an SJU-to-Carolina transfer if the airport is in Carolina?
The destination is your separate accommodation, home or venue in the municipality. The booking begins at the airport and needs an actual Carolina drop-off address; it is not a ride back to the same terminal.
Can I use this route for a hotel in Isla Verde?
Request the full property name and address with your arrival details. Isla Verde is in Carolina, and some local hotel names include San Juan. The accommodation confirmation is the best starting point for identifying the intended destination.
Is downtown Carolina the same drop-off as Isla Verde?
No. A destination around Casa Escute and the town plaza differs from a coastal hotel. Provide the street and property you need so your quote and arrival instructions are based on the correct area.
How do I reserve this private airport transfer?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, exact destination address, passengers and luggage. Your ride is reserved only after our team confirms the fare, vehicle and meeting details.
Is a return ride to San Juan Airport included?
A return trip is arranged separately. Share your return date, pickup address and departing flight details when asking for a quote. Confirm each direction with our team; the outbound reservation does not automatically include a return ride.
