Ask about the collection entrance
Use the directions your accommodation currently provides for vehicle meetings. Be ready with luggage at the confirmed point, especially if it differs from the entrance you normally use on foot.

OLD SAN JUAN, CONDADO AND YOUR DEPARTURE ADDRESS
Keep the hotel entrance in the airport plan.
San Juan Airport serves the capital but is located in Carolina. For this journey, collection begins at your chosen address within San Juan and ends at SJU. Give the full hotel, building or business name and neighborhood, and confirm the entrance with reception or your host before choosing a meeting point for passengers and suitcases.
Old San Juan's historic district and the oceanfront Condado neighborhood are separate starting areas. For Condado, Ashford Avenue or the lagoon can describe the setting without identifying your apartment or hotel entrance. In Old San Juan, ask the property for its current vehicle collection instructions rather than choosing a fort, square or waterfront landmark as an approximate pickup.
Provide the departing flight number, airline and date, plus your passenger and bag count. Discuss airport arrival using the airline's check-in guidance rather than assuming a city address makes the departure schedule automatic. If you are leaving from an office after checking out, decide whether bags will be with you or need retrieval from the hotel, and include that additional address in the request.
Name the hotel or building
Provide the street number and entrance around Ashford Avenue or the lagoon. A neighborhood or beach reference leaves several possible collection points for the airport ride.
Coordinate luggage retrieval
Ask staff when and where stored bags will be released. Complete that handover before collection or request it as an explicit stop if your trip begins somewhere else.

Keep the departure plan connected.

San Juan airport pickup questions.
Can I be collected from an Old San Juan rental for SJU?
Request the rental's street address and the vehicle meeting instructions provided by your host. Specify the entrance or agreed nearby point where you will be ready with bags. Include your departing flight when discussing collection.
Should I use Condado Lagoon as the pickup address?
Name the hotel, apartment building or exact meeting location instead. The lagoon identifies an area rather than one entrance. Include the street number and ask reception or your host where passengers with luggage should wait.
Can the taxi pick me up at an office and stop at my hotel for bags?
Request both San Juan addresses and confirm when the hotel can release your luggage. Share the departing flight and airline arrival guidance so the complete itinerary can be reviewed. The hotel stop should be included before you reserve.
What details do I need to reserve my taxi to SJU?
Call, text or WhatsApp 787-508-8304, or email raylusion103@gmail.com. Send your travel date, full pickup address, entrance instructions, airline, flight number, scheduled departure, passengers and luggage. Your booking is confirmed only after our team agrees on availability, the fare, vehicle and pickup plan.
How should I choose my pickup time for a departing flight?
Check your airline's current check-in and bag-drop instructions, then discuss your flight details and exact pickup location with our team. Allow for the drive, possible road delays and the airport steps your trip requires. The flight departure time is not your pickup time, and a specific airport arrival cannot be guaranteed.
